Meet
Sabina.
Your home. Your ideas.
A personal conversation.
Sabina Hajdaragic is the founder of ONE HOMES. She designs and furnishes luxury apartments and villas in Mallorca, bringing together spatial planning, materials, furniture, lighting and the finishing touches.
The starting point is you: how you want to live, what matters to you and what makes a place feel like home. From the first concept to the final detail, Sabina brings those decisions into one considered interior.
More about Sabina
For Sabina, a beautiful home begins with a feeling: the quiet sense that every detail belongs to the people who live there. She brings together an intuitive eye for style, a deep understanding of space and a carefully curated world of design brands to create homes that feel unmistakably personal.
Her early work in colour and style consulting, personal shopping and the creation of exclusive events shaped her instinct for proportion, atmosphere and refined detail. For more than ten years, she has led ambitious renovations of apartments, houses and villas in Mallorca with her experienced construction team. Her collaboration with Terraza Balear further deepened her passion for exceptional furniture and distinctive interiors.
Sabina’s strength lies in transforming spaces into sophisticated, energising retreats where beauty and wellbeing meet. She blends styles with confidence, always interpreting both the character of a space and her clients’ personalities and wishes. Natural stone, wood, linen and other responsibly sourced materials bring texture and authenticity; selected designer pieces and art give each room its own identity.
Mallorca’s extraordinary light is an essential part of her work. She considers it alongside the flow, mood and natural energy of a home, creating a sense of harmony that can be felt as soon as you enter. Her holistic approach turns a vision into a place where her clients can truly feel at home.
A signature style and a curated selection of brands that express Sabina’s love and passion for creating YOUR HOME.

Anna graduated in Architecture in 2017 and went on to work with studios in Italy, Belgium and Denmark. Each place shaped her perspective, deepening her understanding of how design can influence the way we experience a space.
For the past six years, Anna has called Mallorca home. Here, she has brought her architectural eye to interior design, creating spaces that balance the quiet simplicity of Scandinavian minimalism with the expressive elegance of Italian design.

Two perspectives.
One home.
Sabina’s eye for style, materials and the way you want to live meets Anna’s architectural perspective. Together, they consider the room as a whole and the details that make it your own.
01 / Understanding you
First, we
listen.
A favourite texture. A room that needs to work differently. The way you spend your mornings. These are the details that give a design its direction.
We talk about your property, your taste and your everyday life — then explore how the space can bring them together.
02 / Bringing it together
Ideas you
can feel.
Stone, timber, fabrics and light. Each choice contributes to the whole — and to the experience of living in it.
We consider the room and its individual pieces together, shaping an interior around comfort, proportion and your own sense of home.
